• Ensure compliance with labor laws, tax withholdings, and year-end reporting.
• Set up and maintain Paylocity/UKG payroll systems.
• Lead payroll audits and reconcile reports for ledgers and 5500s.
• Manage W-2 processing and changes from self-service portal.
• Collaborate with Finance and HR to create payroll reports and cost centers.
