Job summary

Austin Regional Clinic is seeking a seasoned Payroll Manager to oversee all payroll activities across multiple company entities. You will ensure accurate processing, regulatory compliance, and timely reporting of payroll and tax filings.

The role requires extensive full-cycle payroll experience, supervisory ability, and strong knowledge of GAAP and Excel. ADP proficiency is preferred; salary will reflect senior responsibilities and location in Austin, TX.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, accounting or finance preferred or equivalent of ten or more years of full cycle time and payroll processing.
• At least ten years of full cycle payroll experience required and two years of tax reporting experience; three+ years of supervisory experience; ADP experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee payroll processing and accuracy across multiple companies with complex payrolls.
• Coordinate workflow with HR and Finance to ensure proper policy application and regulatory compliance.
• Prepare and review payroll-related tax filings and reconciliations with third-party vendors.
• Mentor and develop payroll staff, ensuring training and cross-training where appropriate.
