Job summary

Springs Window Fashions is seeking a Payroll Manager to lead all payroll operations and ensure compliant, timely processing across the organization. The role partners with HR, Finance, and external vendors to optimize payroll services and controls.

The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in multi-state payroll, ERP/HRIS platforms (SAP/Workday/Oracle/UKG/ADP/Ceridian Dayforce), and strong leadership capabilities. A CPP/FPC/CPM or equivalent certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field preferred.
• 5+ years of progressive payroll experience.
• 2+ years of payroll leadership or supervisory experience.
• Experience with multi-state, unionized, or international payrolls preferred.
• Experience with ERP/HRIS/payroll platforms such as SAP, Workday, Oracle, UKG, ADP, or Ceridian Dayforce.
• Payroll certification preferred: CPP, FPC, CPM.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end payroll for all employees, including regular, off-cycle, bonus, and termination payrolls.
• Ensure accurate withholding, remittance, and reporting of payroll taxes.
• Lead payroll system upgrades, testing, and implementation projects.
• Prepare payroll accruals and support month-end/year-end close.
• Manage audits and respond to regulatory inquiries.
• Mentor and develop payroll staff and maintain process documentation.
