Job summary

Springs Window Fashions and Affiliated Companies is seeking a Payroll Manager in Wisconsin to lead end-to-end payroll operations. You will ensure accurate compensation processing, regulatory compliance, and strong internal controls while partnering with HR, Finance, and external vendors.

The role requires multi-state payroll experience, leadership of payroll staff, and a focus on process improvements and accurate reporting to support audits and budgeting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Admin, HR or related field (or equivalent).
• 5+ years of progressive payroll experience.
• 2+ years in payroll leadership or supervision.
• Experience with payroll tax compliance and reporting.
• Experience with multi-state, unionized, or international payrolls preferred.
• Experience with ERP/HRIS/payroll platforms like SAP, Workday, Oracle, UKG, ADP, Ceridian Dayforce.
• Payroll certifications (CPP, FPC, CPM) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end payroll for all employees, including regular, off-cycle, bonus, commission, and termination payrolls.
• Ensure accurate wage/salary payments, overtime, and deductions.
• Review payroll data and ensure deadlines are met.
• Manage payroll system integrations with HRIS, timekeeping, benefits, and accounting.
• Lead payroll system upgrades, testing, and implementations.
• Prepare payroll reports for Finance, HR, and leadership.
