BWH Hotels is seeking a Payroll Manager to lead the payroll function for domestic and Canadian operations. This role requires oversight of payroll processing, compliance, and reporting, with a focus on accuracy and confidentiality.

The position is hybrid at our Headquarters in Phoenix, AZ, offering collaboration with cross-functional teams, on-site days, and remote options. Candidates should bring strong payroll and accounting experience, CPP preferred, and familiarity with Workday.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years related payroll and accounting experience, including supervisory experience.
• Canadian payroll experience required.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Oversees accurate and timely processing and distribution of payrolls.
• Leads payroll function and provides guidance to Senior Payroll Accounting Representative.
• Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations.
• Oversees benefits payments, garnishments, and tax deposits and reports.
• Tests data feeds between payroll and accounting systems and maintains confidentiality.
