The role partners with HR, Finance, and Legal to implement scalable payroll processes, manage a team of ~4, and optimize benefits, taxes, and reporting. On-site Monday–Friday with strong emphasis on accuracy and efficiency.

We are currently seeking a full-time detail-oriented highly analytical and leadership driven Sr. Payroll Manager with expertise in the construction industry. The ideal candidate will oversee, streamline, and scale our payroll operations. In this role, you will ensure compliance with the company’s end-to-end payroll functions, including labor regulations, benefits administration, accuracy, timely and in compliance with federal, state, local regulations. As a partner to HR, Finance and our Legal teams, you will leverage advanced technology to establish scalable payroll processes and lead a high performing payroll team of approximately 4 members.
This position requires the candidate to be on-site, Monday through Friday at our Long Island City, Queens office.
