OpenGov is seeking a Senior Manager, Payroll to own US payroll end-to-end. You will ensure accuracy, timeliness, and regulatory compliance across all jurisdictions, while driving automation and process improvements.

The role reports to Accounting and collaborates with HR, Legal, and Engineering. TheSr Manager will supervise the lead payroll specialist, manage quarterly and year-end tax reporting, and help scale payroll before adding headcount.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of US payroll experience, incl. 3+ years in people leadership.
• Hands-on with Workday Payroll and ADP SmartCompliance.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end US payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Manage payroll tax compliance across jurisdictions and audits.
• Coordinate with HR on 401(k), HSA, FSA contributions and deductions.
