Armed Services YMCA seeks a senior payroll leader to oversee the full-cycle payroll function across the enterprise. You will ensure compliant, timely payroll delivery and act as the subject matter expert on ADP Workforce Now, multi‑state regulations, and retirement plan administration.

You will manage end-to-end processing for 500+ employees, maintain payroll calendars, and drive process improvements with HR and Finance. A strong background in ADP and payroll tax rules is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field with 5–7 years of progressive payroll experience.
• Proficiency in ADP Workforce Now is required.
• Experience managing multi-state payroll for 500+ employees preferred.
• Hands-on experience with retirement plan administration and payroll-benefits integration preferred.

Responsabilités

• Oversee end-to-end payroll processing for all employees (FT, PT, seasonal).
• Ensure accurate calculation of wages, overtime, bonuses, and other compensation components.
• Maintain current knowledge of federal, state, and local payroll laws and filing requirements across jurisdictions.
• Serve as the primary system administrator for ADP Workforce Now.
• Lead audits and develop internal controls to safeguard payroll data.
