Qualifications

• 5+ years in payroll management.
• Very strong payroll knowledge across US states and Canada.
• Experience with equity compensation (RSUs and stock options).
• Experience with mobility tax across states/countries.
• Excellent communication and deadline-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Lead semi-monthly and bi-weekly multi-state US and Canada payroll tasks with a service orientation.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll tax regulations.
• Drive payroll operations improvements and automation.
• Collaborate with Employee Success, Accounting, IT, and external vendors to resolve issues.
