Job summary

TechnipFMC in Houston, TX, seeks a Payroll Manager to lead North America payroll operations and support global time transformation initiatives. You will ensure accurate, compliant payroll delivery across countries while driving standardization and governance.

You will lead a regional team, collaborate with HR, Finance, IT, Legal and Vendors, manage payroll processing, tax reporting, and time systems, and shape the local-to-global design decisions.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of payroll experience across multi-state, multi-country payrolls.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, HR, Business; CPP/FPC preferred.
• 5+ years of people leadership, including leading teams through change or transformation.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. payroll tax, payroll administration, compliance, internal controls, and payroll operations; broader Americas exposure preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end payroll operations across the NAM region, ensuring accurate, timely payroll delivery.
• Drive global project on-time deployment within the ERP program and balance local vs global requirements.
• Manage, coach, and develop the regional payroll team and drive continuous improvement.
• Oversee payroll processing, tax reporting, deductions, reconciliations, and payroll accounting.
• Partner with HR, Finance, IT, Legal, Tax, Benefits, vendors, and business leaders to resolve issues and support integrated payroll processes.
