Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, Computer Science, or related field required or equivalent experience.
• 5–6 years of experience in Payroll/Accounting/Bookkeeping or related field.
• 2–3 years of payroll management or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of payroll processing, taxation, deductions, benefits, and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Manage all payroll processing activities to ensure accurate and timely payment of employees.
• Supervise, develop, and provide direction to payroll staff.
• Maintain and optimize payroll processing systems and procedures.
• Ensure accurate processing of salaries, benefits, garnishments, taxes, deductions, and other payroll transactions.
• Audit payroll earnings, deductions, taxes, and related transactions for accuracy.
• Prepare and oversee payroll-related reports, including governmental and regulatory filings.
