Job summary

Pacific West Site Services, Inc. is hiring a Payroll Support Supervisor to lead a team of payroll specialists and ensure accurate, timely payroll processing for all employees.

You will coach staff, resolve complex payroll issues, and collaborate with HR and finance to drive process improvements and enhance employee experience. A Bachelor’s degree and payroll leadership experience are required for this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or related field.
• 3+ years of payroll administration experience.
• Previous supervisory or team lead experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of payroll support specialists, providing direction, coaching, and feedback.
• Set performance goals, conduct evaluations, and support career development.
• Collaborate with HR and finance to address payroll concerns and implement improvements.
• Investigate and resolve payroll discrepancies to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Develop and maintain SOPs and train staff on payroll processes and self-service tools.
• Generate payroll reports and present metrics to management.
