Job summary

EPM Scientific seeks a Senior Manager, Payroll in the Greater Boston Area to lead end-to-end payroll for its rapidly growing U.S. workforce. You will own ADP Workforce Now administration, reporting, audits, and system integrations, while partnering with HR and Finance to ensure compliance and operational excellence.

The role requires hands-on leadership, multi-state payroll expertise, and the ability to drive process improvements in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; 7+ years of multi-state payroll experience; expert ADP Workforce Now knowledge.
• Strong knowledge of payroll accounting, general ledger, and regulatory reporting.
• Experience leading payroll system projects and process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end payroll operations for a growing U.S. workforce, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
