Qualifications

• 5+ years of payroll experience across US multi-state

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day multi-state US payroll processing and compliance
• Coordinate with payroll vendor on tax filings and amendments
• Supervise payroll staff, assign workload, and conduct reviews
• Support payroll system upgrade testing
• Integrate payroll with HR and timekeeping systems
• Recommend process improvements to increase efficiency
• Act as backup to Payroll Manager
