Job summary

Fluor Constructors International, Inc. is recruiting a Paymaster to support a long-term EPCM project in Piketon, Ohio. The Paymaster will oversee payroll operations for a large construction workforce and may supervise payroll personnel, coordinating with project leadership, HR and Finance.

This role includes per diem and travel allowances for qualified non-local candidates and opportunities for professional development on a major capital project.

Qualifications

• Combination of education and related experience equal to six years.
• Ability to communicate with management, coworkers, vendors and visitors.
• Knowledge of local, state and federal statutes and guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Oversee payroll operations for large construction workforce.
• Supervise payroll staff and coordinate with Site Services/Project Manager.
• Ensure compliance of all Finance processes and payroll procedures.
