Fluor is seeking a Paymaster to support a long-term EPC project in Moreno Valley, CA. The Paymaster will oversee payroll operations for a large construction workforce, partnering with project leadership, HR, and Finance.

Travel may be required for qualified non-local candidates. Key duties include supervising payroll staff, ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant payroll processing, and maintaining documentation for regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Six (6) years of combined education and directly related experience, as required by the role.
• Ability to communicate effectively with management, coworkers, clients, vendors, contractors, and visitors.
• Job-related technical knowledge necessary to complete payroll tasks.
• Ability to learn and apply knowledge of applicable local, state, and federal laws and guidelines.
• Attention to detail and timely, accurate work.

Responsabilités

• May supervise payroll staff as delegated by the Site Services Manager or Project Manager.
• Analyze situations to forecast problems and recommend solutions.
• Organize and prioritize multiple payroll projects to meet deadlines.
• Review and establish compliance documentation for work practices.
