Job summary

Fluor Corporation seeks a Site Human Resources Supervisor to provide on-site HR support for a major construction project in Piketon, Ohio. You will work with project leadership to manage employee relations, workforce planning, onboarding, and performance management on a daily basis.

You will interpret and apply HR policies, ensure regulatory compliance, coordinate onboarding, and promote engagement while coordinating with Talent Acquisition, Compensation, Benefits, and Payroll teams.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum ten years HR experience on site-based, field, or construction operations.
• Experience with employee relations, investigations, performance management, and policy interpretation.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.
• Demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day HR support to project leadership and employees.
• Partner with site management on employee relations, workforce planning, and staffing needs.
• Interpret and apply HR policies, procedures, and employment practices.
• Conduct employee investigations and assist with resolution of workplace concerns.
• Support performance management, coaching, and corrective action processes.
• Coordinate onboarding and employee orientation activities.
• Promote employee engagement and support employee communication initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, employment regulations, and project requirements.
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition, Compensation, Benefits, Payroll, and other functional teams as needed.
• Prepare reports and analyze HR data and trends.
• Supervise and provide guidance to site HR personnel, as applicable.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
