Job summary

The position involves implementing payroll processes for multiple clients, meeting deadlines, and identifying opportunities to expand services within the client base. A CPP is preferred and a Bachelor's degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• 3 years of relevant payroll experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensure client payroll information is accurate within their payroll system and resolve discrepancies.
• Review and process payrolls to meet client deadlines, update employee records, and calculate bonuses or severance.
• Prepare reports of employee earnings, taxes, deductions, and employer contributions.
• Provide technical software support to clients and train clients on payroll processes.
• Identify and capture out-of-scope work and look for new opportunities to expand services.
