You will configure payroll taxes, implement HRIS integrations, and ensure strict confidentiality while delivering accurate, timely payroll services.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of payroll specialist or payroll administrator experience.
• Proficiency in Excel, including formulas, Pivot Tables, and VLOOKUP.
• Experience with payroll/HRIS implementations.
• Experience with reconciliations on a per payroll basis as well as quarterly/annual reconciliations.
• Attention to detail and ability to handle highly confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Administer complex payrolls and manage tax configurations.
• Reconcile quarterly and annual filings and related HRIS projects.
• Support multiple clients using various payroll solutions.
• Provide best practices, process improvements, and ensure compliance.
• Document processes and training; work in teams or independently.
• Identify opportunities for automation and efficiency in HRIS/Payroll.
• Build and maintain client relationships in a customer-centric environment.
• Manage several projects and clients concurrently with strong organization.
