Job summary

Hyundai MOBIS Parts America is seeking a Sr. Business Partner, Payroll to join our Headquarters.

You will administer ADP systems, process bi-weekly payroll, audit HRIS data, and respond to payroll inquiries while ensuring regulatory compliance across multi-state payrolls. This role interfaces with Human Resources, Finance, Administration and PDC Operations, and requires 5+ years HR experience and 4-7 years payroll experience, plus a Bachelor's degree in HR management.

Qualifications

• 5+ Years of Human Resources experience required.
• 4 - 7 Years Of Payroll Experience Required.
• Bachelor's degree in human resources management or a similar field required.
• Payroll certification Preferred.
• PHR or SHRM Certification Preferred.
• Knowledge of multi-state payroll regulations.

Responsibilities

• Serves as administrator of ADP systems including HRIS, Payroll, Time and Attendance, Tax Compliance and Reporting modules.
• Processes bi-weekly payroll.
• Audits data in HRIS and Time/Attendance systems and creates reports.
• Responds to employee payroll inquiries and supports HR projects.
