Job summary

Eden Autism Services Inc is seeking a Senior Payroll and Financial Analyst in Princeton, NJ who will manage biweekly payroll cycles for exempt and non-exempt staff and deliver accurate financial reporting. The role requires advanced analytical skills and strong judgment to identify discrepancies and support management decisions.

You will collaborate with HR, Finance, and payroll vendors, ensure wage and hour compliance, and contribute to audit readiness through robust documentation and system

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business, or related field.
• Minimum of five years of payroll, accounting, financial analysis, or related experience with Paycom and payroll tax compliance.
• Experience with general ledger reconciliations, financial reporting, audit support, and internal controls.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage complex biweekly payroll cycles for exempt and non-exempt employees, including data validation, imports, calculations, exception review, and final submission.
• Research and resolve overpayments, underpayments, missed payments, rejected direct deposits, stop payments, and other complex payroll issues.
• Maintain payroll documentation to support internal review, external audits, employee inquiries, and corrective action plans.
