Responsibilities

• Process outside department expense report data accurately by the required deadline.
• Apply company policy and government regulations to all processing.
• Review audit reports for processing or system errors and request corrections as necessary.
• Research employee questions and provide resolutions per policy.
• Review contracts and apply special processing requirements (e.g., unions).
• Assist in specialized processing and assigned projects with payroll knowledge.
• Organize records to enable special processing and reduce incorrect payments.
• Assist in testing of new processing systems/enhancements.
• Provide training as needed.
• Communicate all discrepancies to payroll supervisor.
