Job summary

KenCrest is seeking a Senior Payroll Analyst to serve as a subject matter expert for payroll and timekeeping systems. You will analyze payroll data, identify process improvements, and support timely payroll operations including off-cycle adjustments.

You will generate reports and dashboards, collaborate with Accounting on reconciliations, and contribute to weekly and ad-hoc reporting while ensuring confidentiality and accuracy across payroll processes.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in business or equivalent with 5+ years payroll experience with systems/IT exposure, or 7+ years of progressive payroll experience with systems/IT exposure.
• Strong experience with payroll and timekeeping systems; Workday is a plus.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a subject matter expert for payroll and timekeeping systems, supporting system maintenance and optimization.
• Analyze payroll data and trends to identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency.
• Generate, maintain, and distribute ad-hoc and standard payroll reports; create dashboards and data views.
