KenCrest Services is seeking a Senior Payroll Analyst to support payroll and timekeeping systems, analyze data, and drive process improvements. The role emphasizes reporting, dashboards, and collaboration with Accounting to ensure accurate, timely payroll operations.

The position requires 5+ years of payroll experience with systems exposure, proficiency in Excel, and strong analytical skills. It is an in-office role at Blue Bell, PA, with relocation to Plymouth Meeting, PA in November 2026.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree in Business with 5+ years of payroll experience or 7+ years of progressive payroll experience with systems exposure.
• Strong experience with payroll and timekeeping systems; Workday experience is a plus.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Office applications.
• Ability to analyze payroll reports and understand how registers and reports connect.
• Experience using web-based tools to research and resolve payroll issues.
• High discretion handling confidential information; strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a subject matter expert for payroll and timekeeping systems, supporting maintenance and optimization.
• Analyze payroll data and trends to identify process improvements and operational efficiency.
• Generate, maintain, and distribute ad-hoc and standard payroll reports.
• Create new reports, dashboards, and data views to support business needs.
• Partner with Accounting for account reconciliations and garnishment processing.
• Compile and distribute workforce metrics such as overtime and hours vs. budget.
• Support bi-weekly payroll processing with timely timekeeping approvals and sign-offs.
• Assist in developing recurring and custom reporting with meaningful data analysis.
• Contribute to improvements in payroll-related applications to enhance productivity.
• Other duties as assigned by the hiring manager.
