Job summary

Verily Health is seeking a Payroll Analyst to join our growing team in the United States. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of payroll processing experience, with preference for ADP Global View, ADP Celergo and Workday.

This role requires analytical, detail-oriented work and the ability to collaborate across teams. Responsibilities include end-to-end payroll processing, regulatory compliance, audits support, and responding to employee inquiries, with a US base salary range of

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience in payroll processing.
  • Strong understanding of payroll regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

  • Process end-to-end payroll functions including timecard approvals, pay data imports, and pre/post payroll audits, while validating salaries, benefits, taxes, and deductions for accuracy.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local payroll regulations.
  • Respond to employee payroll inquiries and concerns in a timely manner.
  • Support internal and external audits by providing requested payroll data.
  • Assist with various payroll-related projects as needed.
