Qualifications

• 3 years payroll experience in consulting or payroll provision.
• Knowledge of multi-state payroll regulations.
• CPP certification preferred (or in progress).
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, HR, Business, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support payroll consulting engagements across multiple clients.
• Assess and improve payroll processes and controls.
• Conduct multistate payroll compliance reviews (federal, state, local).
• Assist with payroll setup and configuration (earnings, deductions, tax treatments).
• Analyze payroll data to identify discrepancies, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
• Communicate payroll concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver timely, high-quality work.
