Qualifications

• 3 years of payroll experience, preferably in consulting, payroll provider, or in-house payroll function.
• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• CPP certification strongly preferred (or in progress).

Responsibilities

• Support payroll consulting engagements across diverse clients, industries, and geographies.
• Assist in assessing and improving client payroll processes, controls, and procedures.
• Perform multistate payroll compliance reviews (federal, state, local).
• Support payroll tax activities, including preparation/review of forms (941, 941-X, W-2C).
• Assist with payroll setup and configuration (earnings, deductions, tax treatments).
• Analyze payroll data to identify discrepancies, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
