Job summary

Qualifications

• Associates degree or 2-year post high school training required, with 6+ years in payroll/timekeeping/finance/audit/compliance.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain process documentation for assigned tasks, reviewing and refining documentation for changes, best practices, and compliance.
• Compile and analyze financial information for reports and metrics for RTX departments, employees and supervisors.
• Perform calculations, analysis, and data entry to support labor processes with accuracy checks to detect and correct errors.
• Calculate and process employee final paychecks daily by reconciling timecards, including vacation or PTO balances.
• Provide effective customer support through reliable, quick, and accurate problem resolution.
• Coordinate with RTX departments to ensure precise responses and seamless operations.
• Understand and ensure compliance with federal and state wage and hour laws and RTX policies.
