Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
• Three or more years of hands-on payroll processing experience, including end-to-end payroll activities or complex transactions.
• Multi-state payroll experience strongly preferred; high-volume weekly payroll experience preferred.
• FPC or CPP designation preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Manage weekly and semi-monthly payroll cycles from data review to final validation.
• Audit timekeeping, earnings, deductions, taxes, and payroll control totals.
• Resolve complex payroll discrepancies and escalate risks when needed.
• Process payroll adjustments, off-cycle payments, manual checks, reversals, and other non-routine transactions.
