YipitData is seeking a Senior Payroll & Benefits Administrator to own US payroll operations for 500+ employees and manage benefits programs. This role partners with Finance, People Ops, ADP, and external vendors to ensure accurate processing, compliance, and timely invoicing.

The position is remote-friendly within the United States, with potential NY tax withholding depending on location. The ideal candidate has 4+ years of payroll/benefits experience, strong ADP knowledge, and expertise in

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on payroll and benefits administration experience.
• Experience running payroll through ADP Workforce Now for 500+ US employees.
• Experience reconciling benefits invoices; NY employer rule experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local payroll and tax requirements.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end US payroll processing for 500+ employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Partner with Finance and People Ops on inputs, changes, and discrepancies.
• Serve as the primary payroll subject matter expert; coordinate with ADP and stakeholders.
• Manage multi-state payroll and NY Convenience of the Employer rule withholding.
• Own benefits invoicing, employee deductions, and ongoing coordination with People Ops.
• Review/reconcile benefits invoices and self-funded plan activity; resolve discrepancies.
