Job summary

RTX Corporation is seeking a Payroll Operations Senior Coordinator - Benefits processing to administer benefit-related pay actions across multiple RTX units. The role ensures accurate calculations, entry, reconciliation, and compliance for Savings Plan, Health and Welfare, and Voluntary Deductions for active, transfer, and terminated employees.

You will collaborate with Leave of Absence, Payroll Operations, Time and Labor Management, HR, and vendor providers to ensure timely payroll processing

Qualifications

• AA/AS degree or equivalent with 6 years of experience; 8 years if no degree.
• Experience in payroll operations or adjacent field in a large multi-business unit.
• Familiarity with payroll concepts including benefits, earnings, deductions, pretax adjustments, autopay, and offsets.

Responsibilities

• Review and process payroll benefits cases via ServiceNow for all business units.
• Research and resolve payroll benefit issues and discrepancies promptly.
• Complete benefits payroll processing with accurate earnings and deductions and meet state deadlines.
• Ensure alignment to RTX standards and benefit plans with excellent customer service.
• Apply state/local laws, union rules, and unit policies to payroll transactions and support audits.
