Job summary

RTX Corporation's Payroll Operations team in Greenville, TX seeks a seasoned Payroll Operations Senior Coordinator – Benefits processing to administer benefit-related pay processing across multiple RTX business units. You will ensure accurate earnings, deductions, and compliance for savings plans, health and welfare, and voluntary deductions for active, transfer, and terminated employees.

Collaborate with Leave of Absence, Payroll Operations, Time and Labor, HR, and vendors to ensure timely

Qualifications

• AA/AS degree or 2-year post high school training is required.
• Minimum 6 years of relevant payroll experience; more is acceptable.
• Experience with payroll concepts including benefits, earnings and deductions.

Responsibilities

• Review and process payroll benefits cases across RTX units.
• Research, evaluate and resolve payroll benefit issues and discrepancies.
• Ensure accurate earnings, deductions and compliance with deadlines.
• Coordinate with Leave of Absence, HR, Vendors and Time & Labor teams on cases.
• Communicate results of calculations and resolutions to employees and stakeholders.
• Participate in testing payrolls and review outcomes.
