Under the Director of Fiscal Services, you will handle deductions, benefit enrollments, COBRA when applicable, and maintain payroll data across the County Office system. Strong accuracy and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Two years of college coursework in finance, accounting or related field.
• Four years of payroll or financial record-keeping experience; BA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, process and maintain district payrolls to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Audit, reconcile and process payrolls; verify deductions and time sheets.
• Coordinate payroll with benefits, retirement and related records; provide training.
• Serve as liaison with employees, vendors and external offices on payroll and benefits.
• Maintain records and generate reports related to payroll, retirement and benefits.
