Qualifications

• Proven experience as a SR. Payroll and Benefits Analyst.
• Payroll and benefits expert with clean-up experience.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Paycor experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead payroll and benefits clean-up projects.
• Assist with labor allocations.
• Perform 401(k) clean-up and reconciliation.
• Set up and administer employee benefits.
• Support file feeds and employee data transfers from HR systems to vendors.
• Identify and implement payroll and benefits process improvements.
