Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in accounting, HR, business or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive payroll leadership experience.
• Experience managing multi-state payroll operations for large workforces.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication across all levels of the organization.
• Experience with HRIS and payroll system upgrades.

Responsibilities

• Direct end-to-end payroll operations for a multi-state employee population.
• Manage payroll tax filings, garnishments, deductions, reconciliations, and year-end reporting.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations.
• Serve as the internal subject matter expert for payroll and benefits.
• Administer employee benefit programs and open enrollment processes.
• Partner with HR and Finance to ensure accurate payroll data management.
