United Flow Technologies (UFT) in Irving, TX is seeking an experienced Payroll & Benefits Manager to oversee payroll, benefits, and leave programs for a growing multi-state workforce.

This hands-on leadership role manages a team of three, ensures timely and accurate payroll, administers benefits, and maintains compliance with payroll and employment regulations while delivering responsive support to employees and managers onsite Monday–Friday.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in payroll and benefits administration.
• Hands-on multi-state payroll processing.
• Experience with certified payroll and government contracts.
• Knowledge of payroll taxes, deductions, and compliance.
• Experience with open enrollment and vendor coordination.
• Experience leading a team.
• Strong attention to detail and confidentiality.
• Onsite in Irving, TX, Monday–Friday.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multi-state payroll from start to finish.
• Administer benefits programs including enrollments, eligibility, and invoicing.
• Manage FMLA and other leave programs.
• Lead payroll & benefits team and drive day-to-day operations.
• Ensure compliance with payroll, benefits, and employment regulations.
• Support audits, reporting requirements, and related projects.
