The role partners with HR and Finance and drives reporting, budgeting, and process improvements while ensuring compliance with payroll and benefits regulations.

Hybrid work arrangement in the Greater Boston area; 10+ years payroll experience required, including 5+ years in leadership.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of payroll experience.
• 5+ years in a leadership role.
• Strong Excel skills including Pivot Tables and Lookups.

Responsibilities

• Manage payroll operations and ensure timely, accurate processing.
• Oversee employee benefits administration and related programs.
• Maintain compliance with payroll, tax, and benefits requirements.
• Support audits, reconciliations, reporting, and recordkeeping activities.
• Partner with HR, Finance, and external vendors to support payroll and benefits operations.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and analysis related to payroll and employee programs.
• Contribute to ongoing projects, system enhancements, and process improvement initiatives.
