Job summary

Beacon Hill is seeking a Senior Payroll & Benefits Specialist to support payroll and benefits administration across the U.S. and North America for approximately 250 employees. The role reports to the Head of Payroll and partners with the Payroll Manager.

This is a hybrid/remote opportunity with occasional travel to the NYC office; the ideal candidate has 3+ years of experience with ADP/Workday and strong regulatory knowledge. Equity is available as part of the compensation package.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of payroll and benefits experience.
• Hands-on experience with ADP, Workday, or a similar payroll platform.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. payroll regulations, including federal, state, and local tax compliance and multi-state payroll processing.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
• Strong communication skills; partner with employees, HR, Finance, and external vendors; identify and implement process improvements.

• Support payroll and benefits administration across the U.S. and North America for ~250 employees.
