Job summary

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of payroll experience.
• Experience with ADP Workforce Now and Workday.
• Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Strong organizational and confidentiality skills.
• Ability to prioritize deadlines in a fast-paced, multi-unit environment.

Responsibilities

• Process biweekly, multi-state payroll for 1,000+ employees using ADP.
• Coordinate with ADP to resolve payroll issues and prepare manual off-cycle payments.
• Record payroll transactions and reconcile journal entries in Workday.
• Manage payroll deductions, fringe benefits, and 401(k) elections.
• Reconcile monthly payroll bank statements and payroll accounts.
• Respond to employee payroll questions and resolve discrepancies.
• Assist with annual payroll and corporate audits.
• Support payroll-related projects across finance and HR.
