Job summary

MasterBrand Cabinets is seeking a highly skilled Senior Payroll Analyst to join our team. The role manages end-to-end payroll for 10,000+ employees across 40 states, leveraging Workday and ADP ecosystems to ensure accuracy and timeliness.

This remote position requires coordination with HR, Finance, IT, and compliance teams to drive process improvements, maintain SOX controls, and support tax reconciliations, year-end filings, and multi-jurisdictional payroll.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of payroll and payroll tax experience, including multi-jurisdictional payroll processing.
• Experience with Mexico and Canada payroll is a plus.
• Strong understanding of payroll regulations, compliance, and tax laws.
• Proficiency in Excel (lookups, pivot tables).
• Ability to deliver accurate payroll on tight weekly deadlines and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Fully utilize the payroll system (Workday) for research, reporting, analysis, and payroll processing.
• Create, gather, and upload payroll data into the HCM system (EIBs in Workday).
• Analyze payroll data to ensure accuracy as part of validation for hourly and salaried employees.
• Conduct audits and resolve discrepancies promptly.
• Run off-cycle payrolls and assist with year-end reporting and tax filings.
