Ro is seeking a Senior Payroll Analyst to scale payroll operations across the United States. You’ll work with the Sr Payroll Manager and partners in People, Legal, and Finance to ensure accurate, compliant processing and lead key workflows including tax registrations and system migrations.

The role requires 5+ years of payroll experience, multi-entity expertise, and strong Excel skills. Ro offers robust benefits and flexible work arrangements across the country.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or related field.
• 5+ years of hands-on payroll experience in high-growth or complex environments.
• Experience with payroll across multiple entities and jurisdictions.
• Experience with end-to-end payroll and timekeeping processes and compliance.
• Strong organizational and communication skills, ability to collaborate remotely and in-person.
• Proficient Excel skills; knowledge of UKG is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Process semi-monthly and biweekly payroll across multiple states and entities.
• Support payroll changes, including complex calculations, adjustments, deductions, and garnishments.
• Execute time and attendance processing with payroll systems.
• Review outputs for accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
• Respond to employee inquiries and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Support payroll tax compliance, including registrations and filings.
• Audit 401(k) deferrals and prepare control totals.
• Assist with audits, reporting, verifications, and admin tasks.
• Participate in special projects and process improvements.
• Support year-end payroll activities and optimize processes.
• Identify opportunities to improve payroll efficiency with leadership.
