MemorialCare is a nonprofit integrated health system with facilities across Orange and Los Angeles Counties. The Senior Payroll Analyst role is based in Fountain Valley on-site and supports payroll processing for thousands of employees across multiple tax entities.

The position requires expertise in end-to-end payroll, tax filings, and working with the Payroll Manager to guide staff. Strong Excel and PeopleSoft experience are essential; a 5-year healthcare payroll background is preferred.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in computerized payroll (healthcare preferred).
• Knowledge of California wage orders and garnishments.
• 10-key by touch; ability to type 40–45 WPM.

Aufgaben

• Process payroll for multiple tax companies for 12,000+ employees and 2 unions on a biweekly cycle.
• Handle tax filings (940, 941, Schedule B, DE9) quarterly and yearly.
• Provide excellent customer service and collaborate with HR and facility departments.
• Maintain privacy and confidentiality of payroll data.
