Responsibilities

• Serve as subject matter expert in payroll processing, time/attendance, systems and compliance.
• Perform advanced payroll analysis and reconciliations across cycles and related processes.
• Investigate complex discrepancies, identify root causes, and implement resolutions.
• Ensure compliance with HR-related legislation, Garmin policies, and tax regulations.
• Coordinate with ADP and respond to tax notices or audits.
• Lead projects of larger scope within payroll and develop scalable processes.
