Job summary

Garmin is seeking a Lead Oracle ERP Application Analyst (Financials) to lead Oracle EBS efforts at its U.S. headquarters in the Greater Kansas City area.

The role focuses on system improvements for stability, performance, and maintainability while gathering business requirements, designing complex solutions, and mentoring junior analysts. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with at least 9 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination.
• Proven experience implementing technology solutions and leading ERP projects.
• Experience testing custom applications and Oracle patches.
• Proficiency in PL/SQL and Oracle EBS tools.
• Knowledge of Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, or Plan to Manufacture in ERP.
• Experience with tax solutions, regulatory localizations, and payment integrations.
• Experience with Oracle EBS Financial and Order Management modules including pricing and invoicing.
• Experience with e-Invoicing and e-Reporting.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Implements and supports Oracle eBusiness Suite and other business applications.
• Lead requirement gathering, fit-gap analysis, and to-be business process designs.
• Mentor less-experienced Application Analysts and oversee testing and training.
• Develop, maintain and execute test scripts to verify controls, security, and usability.
• Assist with data migration and data quality activities.
• Evaluate new technologies and drive system improvements for stability and performance.
• Coordinate with global teams and manage change during project implementations.
• Manage patches, version updates, and ongoing application maintenance.

Education

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, MIS, Business or related field
