Responsibilities

• Process payroll accurately and timely according to procedures.
• Prepare reports summarizing payroll, profit sharing, deductions, and withholding.
• Provide payroll information and assistance; ensure regulatory compliance.
• Research variances in past pay cycles and audit questions.
• Reconcile balance sheet accounts and related ledgers.
• Assist with implementing payroll reporting systems and policies.
• Coordinate payroll with Accounting, Data Processing, HR; Payroll GL creation.
