Qualifications

• Requires 5+ years in payroll administration.
• Experience with payroll taxes.
• Strong math and analytical skills.
• Proficient in Excel.
• Experience with computerized payroll systems.

• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Process weekly payroll accurately and on schedule.
• Review time records for accuracy.
• Maintain employee payroll records (new hires, terminations, changes).
• Process payroll tax deposits and assist with filings.
• Reconcile payroll reports to the general ledger.
• Administer wage garnishments.
• Complete employment verifications.
• Prepare certified payroll reports as needed.
• Assist with year-end payroll activities, including W‑2 processing.
• Generate employee payroll and statistical reports.
• Provide front desk coverage as needed.
• Support additional accounting and administrative projects.
