Job summary

Cincinnati Metro is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable and Payroll Manager to oversee all related processes, maintain accurate transaction records, and coordinate payroll records and distributions. The role requires strong knowledge of labor contracts, tax withholdings, and regulatory reporting.

You will lead staff, develop policies, ensure timely month-end closings, audits, and compliance with OPERS, garnishments, and payroll regulations, while partnering with HR and IT to optimize systems

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Certified Payroll Professional or equivalent preferred.
• 5–10 years related experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage accounts payable and payroll processes.
• Develop departmental policies and service standards.
• Oversee month-end closing activities.
