Job summary

JPMorganChase seeks a Principal Technical Program Manager within Merchant Services / Payments Technology to lead large, multi-functional technology programs across the firm. You will drive complex projects, manage budgets and resources, and collaborate with engineering, product, and business stakeholders to deliver innovative solutions for clients and internal teams.

In this role, you will shape program scope, champion agile practices, and mentor teams while maintaining strong risk management

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in technical program management leading complex technology projects and programs in large organizations.
• Proven ability to establish productive stakeholder relationships and influence decision-making across teams and clients.
• Advanced technical fluency including vendor product knowledge and on-demand access to shared apps/services.
• Strong analytical reasoning to break down business, technical, and operational objectives.
• Experience leading through change, managing dependencies and controlling change in dynamic environments.
• Experience creating dashboards and materials for senior executives to support decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement and execute strategic project plans with technical requirements, resources and timelines for on-time delivery of technology solutions.
• Oversee complex technology projects and programs, manage resources, budgets and timelines while mitigating risks.
• Foster relationships with stakeholders and cross-functional teams, guiding decisions and procedures for favorable outcomes.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and business stakeholders to define scope, objectives and deliverables aligned with business goals.
• Champion agile methodologies and ongoing learning to drive innovation within the team.
• Identify process improvements and stay current with emerging technologies to drive delivery.
