Job summary

Archer, in collaboration with JPMorgan, seeks a Solutions Analyst III to bridge product, business, and tech teams in Payments Technology. You will translate business and data requirements into scalable, data-driven solutions and lead testing strategies across platforms with strong governance and clear stakeholder communication.

You will apply enterprise AI skills, validate analyses, and drive release readiness while managing dependencies in a fast-paced, regulated environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in solutions analysis, technical program delivery, or a related field.
• Experience in testing, product delivery, change execution, or operational readiness within a regulated or highly controlled environment.
• Demonstrated experience using enterprise-authorized AI capabilities within the work environment to support solutions analysis workflows with strong validation habits and awareness of data sensitivity.
• Ability to review and validate AI-assisted analyses and recommendations before use, escalating when uncertain and following data handling expectations.
• Defined test strategy and governance and executed complex testing across multiple platforms and integrated user journeys, with disciplined defect management.

Responsibilities

• Elicit and understand comprehensive business and data flow requirements by engaging with product owners, business stakeholders, and technical teams to ensure alignment and feasibility
• Uses enterprise-authorized AI capabilities within the work environment to accelerate requirements synthesis, solution optioning, and test case writing, validating outputs and handling data according to sensitivity and security requirements
• Translate complex business requirements into well-structured testing solutions, leveraging data analytics and technical knowledge to optimize system performance and scalability and applying best practices to address evolving business needs
• Conduct data analysis and interpretation to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities, providing actionable insights that support decision-making and key business initiatives
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain testing scenarios, policies, standards, and governance processes that align technology with business strategy
