Qualifications

• 15 years of experience with at least 10 years as Solution Analyst in payments domain.
• Extensive Cross Border Payments delivery experience across markets.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 20022 messaging and MX messages.
• Proven ability to translate business needs into functional requirements and produce quality documentation.
• Strong technology and architectural understanding.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
• Experience using enterprise AI capabilities to support analysis workflows with data sensitivity awareness.

Responsibilities

• Review business requirements and articulate the complete scope of business needs.
• Perform detailed analysis and develop standard, reusable solutions.
• Build functional solutions for Cross border and Real Time Payments following ISO CBPR+ standards.
• Prepare interface mapping documents and static data.
• Review solutions with business and technology stakeholders to align with customer expectations.
• Ensure quality of functional solutions and interface mappings.
• Assist with onboarding UAT, including test cases, planning, and tracking.
• Engage with business and technology stakeholders to build strong relationships.
• Identify risks and issues early and communicate mitigation steps.
• Promote reuse-first, AI-assisted analysis practices across the team.
